Abstract(s)
A presente investigação expõe as atividades desenvolvidas durante um estágio realizado na editoria de Sociedade, na redação da TVI – Televisão Independente. Ao mesmo tempo, traz um olhar teórico, conceptual e analítico sobre o pivô, no geral e, em particular, sobre o pivô na redação da TVI.
Dado que os estudos sobre o pivô de informação são escassos, considerámos a pertinência deste tema e traçou-se uma estratégia para um estudo de caso, em que optámos por analisar determinados aspetos da atuação do pivô na apresentação dos noticiários, em situações diferentes.
Apesar deste relatório de estágio apresentar uma descrição das atividades desenvolvidas, não é esse o único objetivo. Trazemos uma reflexão crítica ao próprio estágio, mas também ao comportamento e ação dos pivôs na redação e na apresentação dos seus noticiários, através de um exercício de investigação que procura perceber como é que os pivôs atuam em diferentes cenários.
ABSTRACT: The following investigation exposes the activities developed during an internship in the society section, at the newsroom of TVI – Independent Television. At the same time, it brings a theoretical, conceptual and analytic look over the anchor, in general, and, in particular, over the anchor on TVI’s newsroom. Taking into account that the studies about the news anchor are scarce, we’ve considered the relevance of this theme and designed/build a strategy for a case study, in which we opted to analyze specific aspects of the anchor’s behavior in the presentation of the news, in different situations/occasions. Although this internship report presents a description of the activities developed, it is not its sole purpose. We bring a critical reflection to the internship itself, but also to the behavior and action of the anchors at the newsroom and in the presentation of their news, through an exercise of investigation that pursues the understanding of how the anchors act in different scenarios.
