| dc.description.abstract | O objeto de estudo da presente dissertação é a inspeção tributária, onde deve ser entendida como um poder legítimo e Constitucional tendo em vista a prossecução do interesse público , da justiça e da igualdade fiscal. Ao longo da última década tem vindo a verificar-se um desenvolvimento da atuação da inspeção tributária, o qual será analisado no presente estudo, sendo que muitas vezes os interesses que são titulados por este colidem com os direitos e garantias dos contribuintes. De forma a permitir compreender o procedimento de inspeção tributária, inicialmente realizar-se-á um enquadramento estruturante da ação suportado com algumas noções técnicas, identificando os meios que o poder de inspeção tem à sua disposição, em ordem a concretizar os seus objetivos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The object of study of this dissertation is tax inspection, which must be understood as a legitimate and constitutional power with a view to pursuing the public interest, justice and fiscal equality. Over the last decade, there has been a development in the performance of tax inspection, which will be analyzed in this study, and the interests that are held by it often conflict with the rights and guarantees of taxpayers. In order to allow understanding the tax inspection procedure, initially a structuring framework of the action will be carried out supported by some technical notions, identifying the means that the inspection power has at its disposal, in order to achieve its objectives. | pt_PT |
