O presente trabalho propõe uma reflexão teórico-prática sobre o papel da ficção no cinema documental, a partir da realização do filme Vida de Tasca. O projeto explora a intersecção entre o real e o ficcional como forma de ampliar as possibilidades expressivas e interpretativas da representação imagética do real. Partindo de uma abordagem pessoal e enraizada no contexto comunitário do Pomar Dom João, na ilha da Madeira, o documentário utiliza a tasca como espaço de observação e convivência, revelando-a enquanto microcosmos social, cultural e afetivo.
This project presents a theoretical and practical reflection on the role of fiction in documentary cinema, developed through the making of the film Vida de Tasca. The work explores the intersection between the real and the fictional as a way of expanding the expressive and interpretative possibilities of representing everyday life. Rooted in the community context of Pomar Dom João, on Madeira Island, the documentary uses the tavern as a space for observation and interaction, revealing it as a social, cultural, and affective microcosm.
