Abstract(s)

In order to test the proposed theoretical model, data was collected through a questionnaire, applied online to employees of various companies located in Portugal, and 99 valid responses were obtained. The analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 28 for Windows. The results show that there is a positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Individual Performance. Monetary incentives are also positively associated with individual performance.
