Abstract -This article aims to present a research project focused on the awareness of primary emotions in 55 children from the 4th grade of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education at the D. Dinis School Group, during the 2023/2024 academic year, correlating it with Digital Education and Creative Dance. In the first phase, in a technological environment, an integrated approach was adopted, using various digital tools. A website prepared on the Readymag platform served as a central point, connecting interactive resources and Digital Education activities. Tools such as Slido (word cloud), Google Forms (questionnaire survey), Wordwall (emotion wheel), and Mystorybook (story construction) involved the children interactively and in real-time, with active participation in individual and social situations. In the second phase, there was a transition to the dance studio, with activities focused on stimulating movement, creativity, and body expression in correspondence with emotions. The dance exercises aimed at body awareness, emotional understanding, and the development of socio-emotional skills. The children understood the emotions and were motivated, overcoming initial difficulties in expressing themselves through movement, with visual, auditory, and ideational stimuli being fundamental. Regarding the methodologies used, a qualitative approach was adopted, combining participant observation, analysis of the data collected in the first phase, and video recording.
