Apresentamos resultados de um projeto de investigação em curso, cujo objetivo é
estudar a estruturação espacial e a estruturação geométrica. A metodologia seguida é a
de uma Practice-based Research, focada na realização de atividades com crianças em
ambiente de sala de aula, em que os produtos são composições visuais de orientação
artística. As experiências realizadas têm ajudado a consolidar a ideia de que o maior
conhecimento sobre a estruturação espacial permite compreender melhor a estruturação
geométrica e valorizam a estruturação espacial como base para a estruturação
geométrica.
Resumen Presentamos resultados de un proyecto de investigación en curso, cuyo objetivo es estudiar la estructuración espacial y la estructuración geométrica. La metodología es la de una investigación práctica, se centró en la realización de actividades con los niños en el entorno del aula, donde los productos son composiciones visuales orientación artística. Las experiencias realizadas han ayudado a consolidar la idea de que el mayor conocimiento sobre la estructuración espacial permite comprender mejor la estructuración geométrica y valoran la estructuración espacial como base para la estructuración geométrica.
Abstract We present results of an ongoing research project, whose objective is to study spatial structuring and geometric structuring. The methodology followed is that of a practicebased research, focused on performing activities with children in a classroom environment, where the products are visual compositions with artistic orientation. The experiments carried out have helped to consolidate the idea that the greater knowledge about the spatial structuring allows a better understanding of the geometric structuring and value the spatial structuring as the basis for geometric structuring.
