Abstract(s)
Este trabalho surgiu como impulsionador da prática do yoga no contributo da melhoria técnica e artística nas aulas de Técnica de Dança Contemporânea, das alunas do 5º ano da Escola Vocacional de Dança das Caldas da Rainha.
A pertinência do estudo manifestou-se ao observar a fragilidade emocional que os alunos finalistas do Curso Básico de Dança revelam, aquando da conclusão do 3º ciclo de estudos académicos e artísticos.
Este estudo reflete a preocupação no desenvolvimento das estratégias de articulação entre o Hatha Yoga e a Técnica Dança Contemporânea, no sentido do fortalecer tecnicamente as alunas de dança e na procura da verdade em cada aluna, enquanto intérprete do ensino artístico especializado.
Recorreu-se a estratégias de convergência e articulação entre duas técnicas somáticas que permitiram despertar nas alunas, a tomada de consciência das suas próprias valências, qualidades e potencialidades enquanto intérpretes de dança contemporânea.
Apresentou-se propostas de utilização de uma metodologia com base na investigação-ação, apoiada numa investigação qualitativa, com uso do registo em vídeo, de diários de bordo, grelhas de observação, questionários e conversas com o grupo de trabalho. O clima de confiança e partilha entre colegas e professora foi globalmente proporcionado no sentido da recolha de dados reais correspondentes à verdade.
A pesquisa e posterior análise dos resultados, correspondeu aos objetivos propostos e representou um papel fulcral na interpretação da evolução das diferentes fases do estágio. A Observação Estruturada; Participação Acompanhada e Lecionação Supervisionada, decorreram no período da implementação do trabalho com as estudantes, respeitando o plano educativo e conteúdos programáticos da disciplina de TDCont..
A conclusão refletiu a avaliação dos resultados e possibilitou concluir que a prática do Yoga contribuiu para a melhoria do desempenho técnico e artístico das alunas
ABSTRACT - This work emerged as a booster for the practice of yoga in the contribution of technical and artistic improvement in the Contemporary Dance Technique classes of the 5th year students of the Vocational School of Dance of Caldas da Rainha. The relevance of the study was manifested by observing the emotional fragility that final year students of the Basic Dance Course reveal, upon completion of the 3rd cycle of academic and artistic studies. This study reflects the concern with the development of articulation strategies between Hatha Yoga and the Contemporary Dance Technique, in order to technically strengthen the dance students and in the search for the truth in each student, as an interpreter of specialized artistic education. Convergence and articulation strategies were used between two somatic techniques that allowed the students to become aware of their own strengths, qualities and potential as performers of contemporary dance. Proposals for the use of a methodology based on action-research were presented, supported by qualitative research, using video recording, logbooks, observation grids, questionnaires and conversations with the working group. The climate of trust and sharing between colleagues and teacher was globally provided towards the collection of real data corresponding to the truth. The research and subsequent analysis of the results corresponded to the proposed objectives and played a key role in interpreting the evolution of the different stages of the internship. The Structure Observation; Accompanied Participation and Supervised Teaching, took place during the period of implementation of the work with the students, respecting the educational plan and syllabus of the TDCont discipline. The conclusion reflected the evaluation of the results and made it possible to conclude that the practice of Yoga contributed to the improvement of the students' technical and artistic performance.
