Abstract(s)
Ensino Supervisionada II (PES II). Neste são apresentadas as práticas de ensino
supervisionadas no 1.º e no 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB) e a investigação
Expressão Plástica e o Estudo do Meio.
ABSTRACT The present report is part of the Supervised Teaching Practice II curricular unit. This work presents the supervised teaching practices in the 1st and 2nd Cycle of Basic Education and the research developed during the pedagogical practice on the 1st cycle. Regarding the supervised teaching practices, it is presented the characterization of the socio-educational context of each one, as well as the identification of problem-questions and the general intervention goals, which were defined based on the strengths and weaknesses of each context. The research is presented in the second part of this document. The subject of research emerged from the practices, and it was intended to meet the interests and the needs of the students. The goal of the project was to verify the advantages of learning about the human body in interdisciplinary articulation between Visual Arts and Science. In this study, participated eighteen students from the third-grade class (between 8 and 9 years old) in which the Supervised Teaching Practice took place. Regarding the steps of the investigation, a pre-intervention questionnaire was initially administered to assess the children's prior knowledge of the contents to be addressed related to the human body. Then, during a three-week period, an intervention plan was implemented, ending with the administration of the same questionnaire. The results of the research revealed that the objectives of the study were achieved, since students acquired learning in the area of Visual Arts and Science.
