Abstract(s)
Apresentam-se os resultados de uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada na literatura internacional e nacional referente a fichas de avaliação de danos e operacionalidade de edifícios correntes afetados por sismos. Sistematiza-se o trabalho já realizado em diversas partes do mundo sobre este tema, nomeadamente nos Estados Unidos da América (EUA), na Grécia, na Colômbia, em Itália, na Nova Zelândia, em Espanha e também em Portugal e procede-se à análise crítica das fichas recolhidas. Confere-se especial importância às fichas que já deram provas de aplicação prática, especialmente em regiões do globo com características construtivas semelhantes às portuguesas.
Nesta dissertação propõe-se uma ficha de inspeção adequada aos edifícios correntes em Portugal e um manual de procedimentos que acompanha a ficha.
Abstract: This study presents a state of the art review on forms for damage evaluation and operability of current buildings affected by earthquakes. The work developed in various parts of the world on this topic, including the United States of America, Greece, Colombia, Italy, New Zealand, Spain and Portugal, is revised and systematized. A critical review was prepared with the aim of comparing the forms that were collected, and understanding their main advantages and disadvantages. Special attention was given to the forms that proved their practical application in earthquakes, especially in regions that have a building stock with characteristics similar to Portugal. A form for damage evaluation and operability of current buildings affected by an earthquake is proposed, accompanied by a manual that aims at facilitating filling the form and reducing the subjectivity of the inspections.
