Pela realização de um estágio curricular na empresa Almeida d’Eça Engenharia e Construção Unipessoal Lda. como membro da equipa de direção de obra foi possível o desenvolvimento do seguinte relatório que se apresenta como Trabalho Final de mestrado do curso de Engenharia Civil do Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa.
A realização de um estágio na área da Engenharia Civil como Trabalho Final de Mestrado permite a aquisição de competências profissionais conjugando toda a experiência adquirida academicamente com o trabalho desenvolvido com a finalidade de completar a formação neste ramo especifico.
Com este trabalho pretende-se dar a conhecer as atividades desenvolvidas e acompanhadas pelo autor durante os quatro meses de estágio iniciado a 1 de março de 2017 e finalizado a 30 de junho do mesmo ano na obra de reabilitação de um edifício sito na Rua das Parreiras números 10 e 12, Carnide.
Far-se-á uma exposição clara de todas as atividades desenvolvidas expondo os problemas e possíveis soluções a questões levantadas no decorrer da obra nos quais o autor deste trabalho teve participação ativa.
Com a realização deste estágio tornou-se possível não só o contacto direto com a obra e com as suas limitações que, no caso em questão, tratando-se de uma obra de reabilitação numa zona histórica não se tratavam só de questões logísticas e de espaço, mas também de limitações de ordem arquitetónica, mas também o contacto com todos os intervenientes envolvidos na obra.
For the accomplishment of a curricular internship in the company Almeida d'Eça Engenharia e Construção Unipessoal Lda as a member of the management team, it became possible the development of the report, presented as Final Master's Degree in Civil Engineering course of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa. The completion of an internship in Civil Engineering as Final Master's Degree allows an acquisition of professional skills combining an entire experience acquired academically with the work developed with the purpose of completing a training in this specific field. With this work, it intends to be known as activities developed and monitored by the author during the four-months of internship started on March 1st to June 30st in the rehabilitation of a building located in Rua das Parreiras numbers 10 and 12, Carnide. It will be a clear exposition of all the activities developed exposing the problems and solutions to questions raised during the work in which the author of this report had active participation. With this internship it became possible the direct contact with the work and its limitations, that in fact, being a rehabilitation work in a historical zone, those limitations are not only logistical issues and space but also limitations of architectural order. It also allows the contact with all the participants involved in the work.
