A regulamentação relativa a segurança contra incĂȘndios em edifĂcios aplicĂĄvel em Portugal tem sido alvo de reformulaçÔes e atualizaçÔes ao longo da Ășltima dĂ©cada, tanto ao nĂvel da legislação nacional como de normas europeias. Ao nĂvel nacional, a regulamentação tĂ©cnica em vigor Ă© estabelecida pelo Regulamento TĂ©cnico de Segurança Contra IncĂȘndios em EdifĂcios, que abrange, entre outras, as condiçÔes de controlo de fumo e extinção de incĂȘndios.
No Ăąmbito da desenfumagem de parques de estacionamento, a solução tĂ©cnica mais correntemente utilizada para ventilação dos espaços de parqueamento Ă© a ventilação de impulso, solução atĂ© hĂĄ pouco tempo nĂŁo enquadrada na regulamentação tĂ©cnica nacional senĂŁo no Ăąmbito de perigosidade atĂpica, mas que Ă© agora alvo da norma portuguesa NP 4540, em vigor desde 2015.
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a elaboração de um projeto de segurança contra incĂȘndios num parque de estacionamento de vĂĄrios pisos, abrangendo a rede fixa de extinção de incĂȘndios por ĂĄgua, o sistema de desenfumagem com ventiladores de impulso associados a ventiladores de extração, bem como restantes sistemas de ventilação necessĂĄrios para salvaguardar a proteção de espaços de circulação, efetuado segundo o enquadramento legal e normativo nacional e europeu adequado aos sistemas em anĂĄlise.
The regulations for fire safety in buildings applicable in Portugal have been reformulated and updated over the last decade, both at national legislation and European normalization levels. At national level, the technical regulation in force is established by the Technical Regulation on Fire Safety in Buildings, which includes, among others, the conditions for smoke control and fire-extinguishment. In the case of smoke control of car parks, the most commonly used technical solution for the ventilation of parking spaces is impulse ventilation, which until recently was not covered by the national technical regulation but in the context of atypical dangerousness, but which is now the target of the Portuguese Standard NP 4540, in force since 2015. The objective of this work is the elaboration of a fire safety project in a multi-storey car park, covering the fixed firefighting water system, the smoke control system with impulse ventilation associated with extraction fans, as well as other ventilation systems required to safeguard the protection of circulation spaces, carried out in accordance with the appropriate national and European legal and regulatory framework for the systems in question.
