Abstract(s)
O principal objetivo do presente relatório é exprimir, registar e
ABSTRACT This report was prepared within the framework of Supervised Professional Practice II (PPS II), in the context of kindergarten, which is part of the 3rd semester of the Master's Degree in Pre-School Education. The main objective of this report is to systematically and reasonably express, record and reflect the ideas, motivations, intentions and processes experienced during the internship as an educator. It is also the objective of this report to portray and evaluate the educational intervention, as well as evidence the investigative attitude taken during the PPS II, during fifteen weeks in a room between three and four years, that took place from October 1, 2018 to January 21 of 2019. In this sense, the problematic that this report calls: The Play Activity of the Child - Playing in children with atypical development, arose from observed situations related to several moments of free, spontaneous and/ or structured play of children with atypical development, with everything what this action entails. Based on a methodology of a qualitative nature, in the case study modality, this report was prepared in the light of an investigation about the practice in this context, which addresses the issue of play activity in children with atypical development. In order to arrive at some conclusions about the chosen theme, this research contemplated, in addition to the literature review on the mentioned problem, the use of different data collection techniques and instruments: direct observation (naturalistic and systematic) and indirect observation, more specifically, the application of questionnaire surveys applied to two of the children's families, the classroom educational team, as well as the interdisciplinary team, a semi-directing interview with the cooperating educator, participant observation, data collection regarding observed games of children with development atypical, and also to collect photographs of these children in various moments of the daily routine. These data were collected and analyzed from a sociological and pedagogical point of view of what is related to childhood, always bearing in mind an ethical road map, in order to carry out the practice with the utmost rigor and responsibility.
