“Todos juntos no tapete” – A gestão do comportamento do grande grupo numa sala de jardim de infância

| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório incide sobre o período de intervenção, numa sala de jardim-de-infância, no âmbito da Unidade Curricular da Prática Profissional Supervisionada II do segundo ano do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar. Com este relatório pretende-se, não só descrever, mas também refletir sobre todo o trabalho inerente ao estágio em jardim-de-infância, nomeadamente, as intenções pedagógicas, os objetivos e os processos que crianças e adultos partilharam neste período. Este processo ocorreu entre o mês de setembro e o mês de janeiro e foi vivido com um grupo de vinte e cinco crianças, com idades compreendidas entre os quatro e os seis anos. Logo no início da minha intervenção em jardim-de-infância, senti dificuldade em gerir o comportamento do grande grupo, principalmente nos momentos do tapete. Esta dificuldade, aliada a ocorrência de frequentes conflitos entre crianças, foi potenciadora da investigação realizada. Para a operacionalização desta investigação selecionou-se, como metodologia, a investigação-ação e como principais instrumentos e técnicas a observação, a análise documental, o questionário e a entrevista. Para além disso, as conversas informais com a educadora cooperante foram também determinantes para a recolha de determinadas informações. Com esta investigação, tornou-se possível compreender quais as características do comportamento de crianças dos quatro aos seis anos e qual o papel do adulto, para a mediação destes comportamentos. Através da pesquisa documental e das atividades realizadas verificou-se a importância da disciplina no desenvolvimento moral e social da criança, bem como a importância dos momentos em grande grupo e da captação da atenção da criança, durante os mesmos. É ainda de referir a relevância dos momentos de partilha sobre os problemas que afetam o grupo e da tentativa de os solucionar em conjunto. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This report focuses on the period of intervention, in kindergarten, in the context of Curricular Supervised Professional Practice Unit II of the second year of the Master's Degree in Pre-school Education. This report intends to not only describe, but also to reflect about all the work inherent in the intervening period, particularly pedagogical intentions, the goals and processes that children and adults shared in this period. This same intervention period occurred between September and January and was lived with a group of twenty-five children, aged between four and six years. At the beginning of my intervention in kindergarten, I felt it difficult to manage the behavior of the large group, mainly in carpet moments. This difficulty, combined with the occurrence of frequent conflicts between children, was very helpful to my research. For the operationalization of this investigation was chosen, as methodology, the investigation-action and, as the main tools and techniques methodology, the observation, the documental analyses, the questionary and the interview. In addition, informal cooperative conversations with the educator were also critical in the collection of certain information. With this investigation, it became possible to understand what are the characteristics of children aged betwen four and six behavior and the role of the adult, to the mediation of these behaviors. Through the research and the activities held there has been the importance of discipline in the moral and social development of the child, as well as the importance of moments in large group and capture the attention of child, during the same. It is also worth mentioning the significance of moments of sharing on the issues that affect the group and attempt to solve together. | pt_PT |
