O impacto da gestão do talento no empreendedorismo é o tema de estudo desta Dissertação de Mestrado. Cada vez mais as empresas têm-se consciencializado que a prática da Gestão de Talentos é determinante para conseguirem conquistar vantagem competitiva.
No entanto, para conseguirem tirar efetivamente proveito desta, necessitam de saber o que é, e quais as estratégias a definir para que a sua prática conduza a resultados vantajosos.
O tema desta investigação, que representa um importante domínio da Gestão e Empreendedorismo, aborda a questão da Gestão de Talentos e do intraempreendedorismo, que assume cada vez mais relevância nas empresas.
Esta temática é particularmente relevante no contexto das empresas, uma vez que são estas que dependem dos recursos humanos para conseguirem atingir melhores resultados. Assim, neste trabalho tentar-se-á investigar como é que a prática da Gestão de Talentos numa empresa tem impacto no seu sucesso organizacional e no intraempreendedorismo.
Analisando o caso particular da FERGRUPO estudar-se-á como é que esta gere os seus talentos, como os atraí e retém e como os incentiva a empreender.
The impact of talent management in entrepreneurship is the topic of this Master's Thesis. Increasingly, companies have been made aware that the practice of talent management is critical to achieving competitive advantage. However, to achieve taking advantage of this in an effective manner, they need to know what it is, and what strategies to set so that their practice will lead to beneficial results. The theme of this research, which is an important field of Management and Entrepreneurship, discusses the issue of Talent Management and intrapreneurship, which is becoming increasingly important in business. This issue is particularly relevant in the context of companies, since these are dependent on what human resources are to achieve better results. So, this work will try to discover how the practice of Talent Management has an impact on the organizational success and intrapreneurship in a company. Analyzing the particular case of Fergrupo, we will be studying how the company manages their talents, how it attracts and retains them and how it encourages them to be emtrepreneurs.
