O Trabalho Final de Mestrado (TFM) incide nas atividades decorridas na realização de um estágio curricular na empresa Engebrás Lda, no âmbito do Mestrado em engenharia civil na área de especialização de edificações e procura descrever a obra de ampliação, a manutenção e exploração em um edifício na Avenida Óscar Monteiro Torres em Lisboa. O edifício foi concebido inicialmente para a utilização de serviços de escritórios. A empresa Engebrás intervencionou-o para alterar a utilização para habitação com o intuito de arrendamentos das frações. Para se adaptar a esta nova utilização, foi necessário a reformulação do espaço interior, com algumas demolições estruturais, a total remoção das paredes divisórias, a construção de novas compartimentações, novas infraestruturas de redes de abastecimento de águas, drenagem de esgotos, abastecimento de gás, instalações elétricas, instalações eletromecânicas, sistema contra incêndio, incrementando melhorias no conforto térmico e acústico. O sótão localizado no piso 6 foi ampliado para a utilização como habitação. Este trabalho de TFM apresenta algumas das atividades exercidas pelo autor ao longo da obra, nomeadamente o apoio aos projetos de especialidades, os estudos do método construtivo das paredes divisórias e do sistema de água quente sanitária, bem como as incompatibilidades entre os projetos de especialidades e arquitetura. São apresentados alguns processos construtivos utilizados em obra, com descrição das suas vantagens e desvantagens, o modelo utilizado para o controlo de produção da obra e a forma como se efetuaram as empreitadas. Apresenta-se também o plano de exploração e manutenção previsto para o edifício.
The Final Master's Work (TFM) focuses on the activities resulting from the completion of a curricular internship at Engebrás Lda, within the scope of the Master in Civil Engineering in the Building Specialization Area, and seeks to describe a work of expansion, maintenance and operation a building on Avenue Óscar Monteiro Torres in Lisbon. The building was designed for the use of storage services and which was intervened by the company Engebrás to change the use of clothing storage and short and medium term rentals, in this new use, it was necessary to reformulate its interior space, with some demolitions structures , a total removal of the interior partition walls with the construction of new compartments, having been carried out new infrastructures of water, sewage, gas networks, electrical installations, electromechanical installations, fire system, improvements in thermal and acoustic comfort and replacement of the window frames . At the roof level, it was necessary to carry out an expansion to create new spaces for the use of sound. This work will present a demonstration of the activities carried out throughout the work, from the idealization adopted for the building, the studies carried out to choose the partition walls and the domestic hot water system, as situations of inconsistencies between the projects of specialties and architecture, some of the execution methods can be executed with comments of their advantages and disadvantages, or the model used for the production control in the work and form in the process as works. The exploration and maintenance plan for the building will be presented.
