| dc.description.abstract | O Plano de Negócios que se retrata neste trabalho está no âmbito do Trabalho Final de Mestrado, trata-se concretamente da elaboração de um trabalho de projeto de investimento em ativos reais. O trabalho de projeto tem na sua natureza a criação de uma empresa com a implementação de uma Estrutura Residencial Para Idosos (ERPI), no Distrito de Lisboa, denominada Sant’Ana Residência Sénior, Lda (SARS), de cariz privado. Factos reais da sociedade foram motivacionais para a elaboração deste projeto, como sejam: o envelhecimento da população a aumentar, o conceito atual e a estrutura familiar a mudar e a necessidade de se investir em instituições para apoio aos idosos, que são escassas, de forma a contribuir, implementando valências, ajudando desta forma os idosos no envelhecimento, tornando-os mais ativos. A elaboração do trabalho de projeto vai sendo apresentada por fases que se relacionam entre si, desde a apresentação da empresa e seus promotores, aos recursos existentes, ao estudo de mercado e plano de marketing, entre outras fases e pontos abordados, culminando na análise económica e financeira do projeto de investimento, com abordagem a métricas de avaliação, onde o objetivo é a verificação da viabilidade do mesmo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The Business Plan that is portrayed in this work is in the scope of the Final Master's Work, more concretely the elaboration of a work of project of investment in real assets. The project work has in its nature the creation of a company with the implementation of a Residential Structure For the Elderly (ERPI), in the District of Lisbon, called Sant'Ana Residência Sénior, Lda (SARS), of a private nature. Real facts of the society are motivational for the elaboration of the project, such as: the aging of the population to increase, the concept of family, family structure change and the need to invest in institutions to support the elderly, which are scarce, in order to contribute, implementing valences thus helping the elderly in aging making them more active. An elaboration of the project work is presented by phases that relate to each other, from a presentation of the company and its promoters, to existing resources, to market study and marketing plan, among other phases and points addressed, culminating in the economic analysis and finance the investment project, with the evaluation metrics approach, where the objective is the verification of the viability of the same. | pt_PT |
