dc.description.abstractOs regimes de manifestações de fortuna e outros acréscimos patrimoniais não justificados representam, atualmente, um dos instrumentos à disposição da entidade fiscalizadora no combate à evasão e fraude fiscais. O estudo destes normativos tem como objetivo analisar a sua aplicação no panorama tributário nacional, a eficácia no restabelecimento da obrigação de pagar impostos e as soluções encontradas para a tributação de rendimentos presumivelmente ocultos. A proposta da Comissão para a reforma do IRS de 2014 desempenha uma componente importante, por se apresentar como a versão mais recente de um renovado regime que se pretende regenerador da justiça e equidade fiscal entre contribuintes. O resultado desta investigação pretende aferir da eficácia dos regimes, assim como sugerir diversas alterações de acordo com as falhas encontradas no decorrer da revisão da literatura.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe signs of wealth schemes and other unjustified asset increases currently represent one of the instruments available to the supervisory body in combating tax evasion and fraud. The study of these standards is to analyze its application in national tax panorama, the effectiveness in restoring the obligation to pay taxes and the solutions found to the taxation presumably hidden income. The Commission's proposal for the 2014 IRS reform plays an important part, by presenting itself as the latest version of a new regime that is intended regeneration of justice and tax fairness among taxpayers. The result of this research aims to assess the effectiveness of schemes and to propose several changes according to the faults found during the literature review.pt_PT
