A presente investigação pretende identificar que tipo de peças jornalísticas a Rádio Observador e o jornal online Observador privilegiam e as estratégias que são utilizadas para publicar e difundir esse conteúdo nas redes sociais, num período compreendido entre 1 e 31 de março de 2025, sobretudo no âmbito de um contexto político marcado pela instabilidade do Governo português. O estudo é complementado por um relatório de estágio e é ancorado numa conceptualização teórica que aborda conceitos como o jornalismo online, as redes sociais e o ecossistema mediático. A partir destas conceções, é possível discutir-se de que modo a nova era digital afetou e transformou o meio, os profissionais e, principalmente, a informação. Neste sentido, procura documentar e compreender a forma como o Observador constrói e desconstrói as notícias para as diversas plataformas no atual panorama jornalístico. A análise realizada aos três meios: website, rádio e Instagram do Observador revela determinados padrões de articulação entre as diferentes plataformas do mesmo órgão de comunicação.
This research aims to identify the type of journalistic pieces that Radio Observador and the online newspaper Observador favor and the strategies used to publish and disseminate this content on social media between March 1 and 31, 2025, particularly in a political context marked by instability in the Portuguese government. The study is complemented by an internship report and is anchored in a theoretical conceptualization that addresses concepts such as online journalism, social media, and the media ecosystem. Based on these concepts, it is possible to discuss how the new digital age has affected and transformed the medium, professionals, and, above all, information. In this sense, it seeks to document and understand how Observador constructs and deconstructs news for the various platforms in the current journalistic landscape. The analysis carried out on the three media outlets: Observador's website, radio, and Instagram reveals certain patterns of articulation between the different platforms of the same media outlet.
