Abstract(s)
O desenvolvimento deste projeto tem por base o tema da sexualidade na vida adulta
através de um filme documental com o título: “Sexualidade 100 idade: o
envelhecimento”. O objetivo passa por abordar a sexualidade depois da juventude
trazendo para a discussão alguns tabus de uma sociedade que viveu durante vários
anos um período conservador.
O documentário foi o meio escolhido para passar a mensagem pelo impacto social
que pode gerar, ponto que também será desenvolvido ao longo deste projeto, mas
também pela forma como visualmente conseguimos retratar parte da realidade que
estamos a estudar.
O produto final pretende contribuir para desmistificar um tema que é timidamente
falado, e muitas vezes negligenciado, contudo pertinente, dado que a nossa
sociedade está cada vez mais envelhecida (PORDATA, 2021). Enquanto somos jovens
a sexualidade é exposta de uma forma diferente, mas e quando ficamos mais velhos?
O que se altera? Será que a sexualidade é outra nessa fase? Daí a importância deste
projeto, dar voz a uma temática que se refere a uma parte da sociedade mas que se
destina a todos. Assim abrimos portas para identificar mitos, atitudes, mas acima de
tudo representar a realidade da sexualidade vivida nesta fase da vida.
ABSTRACT: This project aims to approach the sexual relations in adult life through a documentary titled “Sexuality without age: Aging”. The goal is to study sexuality after the young days, bringing different tabu topics to discussion from the point of view of a society that lived in a more conservatory time. The documentary was the chosen format for this thesis because it can pass a message and bring social impact at the same time, being the latter a topic that is going to be discussed thought the development of this project and because it gives us the possibility to portray the reality of the topic we aim to discuss. The final project has the main goal of contributing to demystifying sexuality, that it’s a subject that people talk very quietly about, but is still important because our society is predominantly old. In our younger days this theme is easily talked about but why is it not when we get older? What changes? We believe this theme is important to give an answer to some of those questions and open doors to identify myths, and attitudes, and represent sexuality at this time of life.
