Abstract(s)
Pretende-se abordar dois métodos que têm vindo a ser utilizados por investigadores recentes na escrita das suas dissertações e teses, com particular destaque para as que têm sido implementadas (não sem resistências) em algumas instituições universitárias que têm ousado romper com os métodos tradicionais de investigação, não só em áreas como as artísticas, como também naquelas que pertencem ao que se convencionou chamar de humanidades. A dimensão performativa e assumidamente “artística” destes trabalhos, afasta-se dos critérios avaliativos e respectivos parâmetros de análise correntemente utilizados na investigação qualitativa. Esta tem claras limitações para avaliar o artístico, e o que implicam de inefável e fenomenológico, sobretudo se nos posicionarmos a partir do lugar do investigador-artista consciente da própria natureza única e irrepetível do seu trabalho e da sua prática.
Abstract: It is intended to address two methods that have been used by recent researchers in the writing of their dissertations and theses, with particular emphasis on those that have been implemented (not without resistance) in some university institutions that have dared to break with traditional methods of research, not only in areas such as the arts, but also in those that belong to what has been called the humanities. The performative and undeniably ‘artistic’ dimension of this work escapes from the evaluation criteria and respective parameters of analysis currently used in qualitative research. It has clear limitations to evaluate the artistic, and what imply ineffable and phenomenological, especially if we position ourselves from the place of the researcher-artist aware of the unique and unrepeatable nature of his work and practice.
