Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio enquadra-se como trabalho final para a obtenção do
Grau de Mestre do ciclo de estudos em Engenharia Civil do Instituto Superior de
Engenharia de Lisboa. O relatório descreve e analisa a realização de um estágio de
acompanhamento de obra com o título: “Acompanhamento da empreitada geral de
alteração da rede de águas residuais no Cascais Shopping”.
O acompanhamento da obra foi enquadrado pela empresa Eng&Coop, no âmbito de
empreiteiro responsável pela execução do projeto e como entidade de acolhimento de
estágio.
O trabalho desenvolvido contemplou a fase de preparação de obra tendo em
consideração as restrições e condicionantes existentes por parte do cliente e por
questões técnicas e legais. Foi relevante para a execução da empreitada a análise do
caderno de encargos, a preparação de equipas de trabalho, consultas de preço de
equipamentos e materiais, assim como o seu aprovisionamento.
A obra teve duas frentes de trabalho, uma executada dentro do próprio Centro Comercial
e outra executada no seu exterior. Os trabalhos interiores decorreram nos corredores
técnicos e zona de galeria comercial de modo a realizar a alteração de ramais e
coletores de águas residuais, implicando trabalhos de demolição, escavação e
acabamento numa área comercial de elevada responsabilidade. Os trabalhos
executados no exterior decorreram em zona de passeios e em zona de via pública, onde
foram instalados coletores de águas residuais e um separador de gorduras, implicando
a utilização de meios de escavação mecânicos pesados.
A obra foi concluída com o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos quer no ponto de
vista económico quer técnico. Para tal foi necessária uma correta preparação de obra e
acompanhamento permanente para resolução dos imprevistos decorrentes de uma
empreitada com as especificidades de um Centro Comercial em funcionamento.
The present internship report is the final work to obtain the Master's Degree in the cycle of studies in Civil Engineering of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa. The report describes and evaluates the work with the title: "Follow-up of the general contract to alter the wastewater network in Cascais Shopping". The internship development was done by the company Eng & Coop, in the scope of contractor responsible for the execution of the project and as entity of reception of internship. The work developed contemplated the preparation phase of the work, considering the existing constraints and limitations on the part of the client and for technical and legal issues. It was relevant to the execution of the job, the analysis of specifications, the preparation of work teams, the price consultations of equipment and material, as well as their provisioning. The job had two work fronts, one executed inside the shopping center itself and another executed in its exterior. The interior intervention was carried out in the technical corridors and commercial gallery area, in order to adjust the installation of waste water collectors, which implied demolition, excavation and finishing works in a commercial area of high responsibility. The outside intervention was executed in a walking area and in a public road, where waste water collectors and a grease trap were installed using heavy mechanical excavation equipment. The development was completed with the fulfillment of the established objectives, both economic and technical. This required an adequate preparation of work and permanent monitoring in order to solve the unforeseen events of a project with the specific characteristics of a shopping center in operation.
