Abstract(s)
No presente trabalho abordam-se alguns dos processos e métodos utilizados durante a construção da Central de Ciclo Combinado do Soyo, em Angola, por forma a salvaguardar a qualidade e o máximo de rendimento deste empreendimento. Sendo o primeiro empreendimento desta natureza em Angola, e existir pouca informação sobre este tema, procura-se com a realização deste trabalho, conseguir coligir um conjunto de práticas que conduzam ao mínimo de perdas de tempo associadas a reparações de índole de qualidade de construção, o que poderá ser bastante útil em futuras construções desta natureza.
No entanto, antes de se abordarem os processos e métodos, anteriormente referidos, houve a necessidade de discutir um conjunto de conceitos, os quais constituem valências importantes para os engenheiros civis e não só que irão interagir com engenheiros e entidades de outras especialidades envolvidos na montagem de instalações e/ou componentes de elevada importância para o bom funcionamento de Centrais Termoelétricas. No essencial esses conceitos encontram-se relacionados com aspectos associados à Energia, suas formas de ocorrência na natureza e às suas fontes. De igual modo, também são abordados alguns aspetos técnicos e económicos associados ao funcionamento de Centrais desta natureza. No final, apresenta-se uma reflexão sobre a gestão e manutenção deste tipo de empreendimentos, por forma a manterem-se os padrões de exigência e funcionalidade.
The present work approaches some of the processes and methods used during the construction of the Soyo Combined Cycle Plant in Angola, in order to safeguard the quality and maximize the yield of this enterprise. Being the first of its kind in Angola, and with little information on this topic, this work seeks to gather a set of practices that lead to the minimum of wasted time associated with building quality repairs, which can be very useful in future constructions of this nature. However, before addressing the processes and methods mentioned above, there was a need to discuss a set of concepts, which are important valences for civil engineers and not only who will interact with engineers and entities from other specialties involved in the assembly of installations and / or components of high importance for the proper functioning of Thermoelectric Plants. Essentially these concepts are related to aspects associated with Energy, its forms of occurrence in nature and its sources. Similarly, some technical and economic aspects associated with the operation of Centrals of this nature are also addressed. At the end, it is shown a reflection on the management and maintenance of this type of enterprises, in order to maintain the standards of demand and functionality.
