| dc.description.abstract | Num contexto em que a prestação de cuidados de saúde de fisioterapia e reabilitação é identificada como a existência de uma desigualdade e desajustamento da oferta regional superior à dos restantes cuidados de saúde, perante as condições de oferta e procura atualmente existentes, surge a necessidade de preencher lacunas existentes no que diz respeito à área da prestação de cuidados de fisioterapia e Reabilitação. Neste sentido, o presente Plano de Negócios da “Fisio&Pet – Centro de Reabilitação Fisioterapêutica com Apoio Animal”, tem como objetivo a criação de uma nova empresa que se dedicará em exclusivo à prestação de serviços de fisioterapia e terapias complementares, bem como consultas da especialidade fisioterapêutica e de terapias assistidas por animais onde os mesmos são parte integrante do processo terapêutico, sendo as sessões analisadas e planeadas através de profissionais de saúde, de forma a aproximarem o animal (cães e pássaros) com o utente para promover o contacto, permitindo desenvolver melhorias significativas no estado físico, emocional e social do paciente. O mesmo encontra-se estruturado em três fases sequenciais, numa primeira parte é abordado a revisão da literatura, tendo por base tópicos ligados ao conceito de empreendedorismo, bem como todos os seus intervenientes. Numa segunda fase é efetuada uma análise existente à inovação dos serviços na área da Fisioterapia que possibilitou desenvolver e reconhecer os recursos necessários para satisfazer as necessidades identificadas. Por último, é apresentado a análise dos cálculos que traduzem a viabilidade económica e financeira expectável para a empresa, atestando a sua sustentabilidade. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In a context where the provision of physiotherapy and rehabilitation health care is identified as the existence of an inequality and misalignment of the regional supply superior to that of other health care, given the current supply and demand conditions, there is an urgent need to fill Gaps in the area of physical therapy and rehabilitation care. In this sense, the Business Plan of "Fisio & Pet - Center for Physiotherapeutic Rehabilitation with Animal Support" aims to create a new company dedicated exclusively to the provision of physiotherapy and complementary therapies, as well as Such as physical therapy consultations and animal assisted therapies where they are an integral part of the therapeutic process, and the sessions are analyzed and planned through health professionals, in order to bring the animal (dogs and birds) with the patient to promote the Making it possible to develop significant improvements in the patient's physical, emotional and social state. The same is structured in three sequential phases, in a first part is approached the literature review, based on topics linked to the concept of entrepreneurship, as well as all its stakeholders. In a second phase an existing analysis is made to the innovation of the services in the area of Physical Therapy that made it possible to develop and recognize the resources needed to satisfy the identified needs.
