Abstract(s)
ABSTRAT The kinder garden is one of the few places that’s left for the children to meet each other and play, interact and involve themselves in gaming moments. This should be a place to be valued, as it offers a whole range of experiences for the children. Nowadays, confined spaces for childhood are built and designed according to norms which take into account the play and toys of children, and while being more structured, safer and with no apparent risks, they have been closed off the inherent dirt of the spaces and materials. Unfortunately, there is a lot of education teachers in these spaces that prive the children of choosing what they most like, desire, what most interests them to discover and explore, but also take the next decisions, preventing him from taking responsibility of his own actions. Therefore, the current work’s objective is to describe the intervention of the pedagogic practice in a reflection way, as we intent to record the developed work in action-research about the topic ‘’Natural materials in the kindergarden’’. As the work progressed, it was possible to give the children materials more adequate to interact and play in a more free and autonomous way, where they can contact and explore more challenging materials that meet their interests, building and rebuilding diverse scenarios. Assuming this attitude in the current work was only possible involving off course, the space and materials reorganization, and the introduction of natural materials in the place. With this kindergarden’s changes, more adequate to the natural environment and meeting the nature of the children, is safe to state that natural materials are indispensable for their well-being, which allow them to learn and develop.
