Abstract(s)
O presente relatório pretende apresentar o percurso vivenciado ao longo da prática profissional realizada no contexto de jardim de infância, durante os meses de outubro de 2017 a janeiro de 2018. Como tal, são abordados aspetos relacionados com a caracterização do contexto (caracterização do meio, ambiente educativo, grupo de crianças, famílias…) e com a avaliação do grupo de crianças, através da qual é possível compreender as suas principais características, bem como a sua evolução ao longo da prática. São, ainda, enumeradas as intenções para a minha ação com as crianças, famílias e equipa educativa, bem como as estratégias utilizadas com vista a concretizar essas mesmas intenções.
Tendo sido possível observar que o grupo de crianças se envolvia em diversos conflitos, particularmente na sala de atividades, tornou-se fundamental iniciar uma investigação-ação relacionada com a resolução de conflitos, tendo esta como objetivos gerais: (i) desenvolver a autonomia das crianças no que diz respeito à resolução de conflitos; (ii) trabalhar com as crianças diferentes estratégias de resolução de conflitos; (iii) e reduzir o número de conflitos nos quais as crianças se envolviam, tendo tido a educadora-estagiária um papel fulcral durante este processo, ao intervir em alguns dos conflitos que iam ocorrendo, numa fase inicial, proporcionando às crianças estratégias que estas pudessem utilizar, progressivamente, de forma autónoma.
Durante a investigação realizada foi possível verificar um desenvolvimento da autonomia por parte das crianças, tenho estas ganho a capacidade para, de modo progressivo, utilizar estratégias adequadas aos conflitos vivenciados, nomeadamente: partilhar; esperar pela sua vez; brincar, num dado momento, com um brinquedo, devolvendo-o, posteriormente, à outra criança, entre outras.
No presente relatório é, por fim, enfatizado de que forma a prática realizada nos contextos de creche e jardim de infância contribuiu para a construção da minha identidade profissional enquanto futura educadora de infância.
ABSTRACT The present report intends to present the path that has been experienced during the professional practice carried out in the context of kindergarden from October 2017 until January 2018. As such, aspects related to the characterization of the context (characterization of the environment, educational environment, group of children, families ...) and with the evaluation of the group of children, through which it is possible to understand its main characteristics as well as its evolution throughout the practice, are addressed. The intentions of my action with the children, families and educational team, as well as the strategies used to achieve these same intentions, are also enumerated. As it was possible to observe that the group of children was involved in several conflicts, particularly in the activity room, it became fundamental to initiate an investigation related to the resolution of conflicts, the main objectives being: (i) to develop the autonomy of children regarding the resolution of conflicts; (ii) to work with different conflict resolution strategies; (iii) and to reduce the number of conflicts in which children were involved, the educator-trainee had a vital role during this process, intervening in some of the conflicts that were taking place at an early stage, providing children with strategies that they could progressively use autonomously. During the investigation carried out, it was possible to verify the development of autonomy by the children – I have gained the ability to progressively use strategies appropriate to the conflicts experienced, namely: sharing; waiting for your turn; playing with a toy in a given moment, and then returning it to the other child, among others. In this report, it is finally emphasized how the practice carried out in the day care and kindergarden contexts contributed to the construction of my professional identity as a future kindergarden teacher.
