Abstract(s)
Este relatório de projeto tem por finalidade fazer uma reflexão sobre os processos formativos,
laboratoriais, artísticos e criativos que levaram à construção de esculturas em arame e pasta de
papel, conhecidas popularmente por cabeçudos e à organização de um desfile de índole
popular com a comunidade do Bairro da Nazaré, freguesia de São Martinho, cidade do
Funchal, Região Autónoma da Madeira.
O processo desenvolvido teve como entidade acolhedora a associação OLHO.te que facilitou
o encontro doutras possibilidades de diálogo entre várias entidades culturais, sociais e
politicas, entre o património cultural material e imaterial, entre a formação artística e as boas
práticas cidadãs.
ABSTRACT - This article aims to reflect on the training, laboratory, artistic and creative processes that led to the construction of sculptures in wire and paper pulp (commonly known as “cabeçudos”) and the organization of a popular parade, with the neighborhood community of Nazaré, parish of São Martinho, city of Funchal, Autonomous Region of Madeira. The whole process was hosted by the OLHO.te association, which allowed several possibilities for dialogue between various cultural, social and political entities, between material and immaterial cultural heritage, between artistic training and good civic practices.
