Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho de pesquisa pretende dar o seu contributo para a clarificação da motivação na área da gestão. A motivação é um tema sempre atual e em constante remodelação, adaptando-se à evolução da sociedade, dos seus costumes e preferências.
A escolha deste tema tem como objetivo compreender a importância e influência da motivação no quotidiano das empresas e de cada um de nós, enquanto indivíduos distintos e enquanto equipa de trabalho. É ainda relevante identificar quais os comportamentos que mantêm os colaboradores motivados no local de trabalho e quais os procedimentos que se devem adotar para conseguir indivíduos e equipas auto-motivadas para objetivos comuns. As necessidades não satisfeitas são o impulso natural do individuo para a realização dos seus objetivos pessoais, portanto este pode ser um bom ponto de partida para quem pretende motivar mas não vê por onde começar. Muita gente justifica o seu insucesso com a ausência de capacidades ou ferramentas de trabalho e quem se dedica à motivação deve estimular a vontade própria de superar obstáculos e alcançar o sucesso.
Para chegar a este resultado foi feita uma abordagem geral das organizações e dos aspetos que envolvem o processo operacional e que têm impacto direto ou indireto na motivação das pessoas. Segue-se a pesquisa das teorias motivacionais, que servem de base às conclusões tiradas sobre o tema em questão.
Esta pesquisa permite compreender as razões de certos comportamentos e atitudes humanas no local de trabalho, face às situações quotidianas e ao meio envolvente.
This research work aims to contribute to the clarification of motivation in management. Motivation is a theme always present and constantly remodeling, adapting to changes in society, its customs and preferences. The choice of this theme aims to understand the importance and influence of motivation in everyday business and each of us as individuals and as a separate team. It is also important to identify which behaviors that keep employees motivated in the workplace and what procedures should be adopted to achieve individual and a self-motivated team towards common goals. Unmet needs are the natural impulse of the individual to achieve their personal goals, so this may be a good starting point for those who want to motivate but do not see where to start. Many people justify their failure to lack of skills or tools of work and those who work with motivation to stimulate self-will to overcome obstacles and achieve success. To achieve this result was made a general approach of organizations and issues involving the operational process and have direct or indirect impact on the motivation of people. It follows the investigation of motivational theories that serve as the basis for conclusions on the subject in question. This research allows us to understand, given the surroundings and the situations that arise daily in the workplace, some reasons of human behaviors and attitudes.
