Resumo I (Prática Pedagógica)
Abstract I (Pedagogical practice) The Internship Report was carried out within the scope of the Curricular Unit of Specialized Teaching Training, Master in Teaching of Music of the Superior School of Lisbon. The document focuses on the pedagogical practice develop at the Covilhã Professional School of Arts (EPABI) in the academic year of 2016/2017, covering three students of different levels of education. Being a professional school, there was some difficulty in finding initiation students, since they entered the school around 12/13 years old (basic instrument course, 7th, 8th and 9th years of schooling) or around 15/16 years (Complementary Course 10th, 11th and 12th years of schooling) from Wind Bands, they have often learned the basics of the instrument. In the content of the report, besides the characterization of the educational institution where the stage was developed, the different students were characterized, emphasizing the pedagogical lines followed with each one of the participants, emphasizing the aspects of motor competence, auditory and expressive, developed during the process. The objectives of the work developed with the students are described, based on the organization of the materials to be used, according to the characteristics of each one, supervised by the teacher. The teacher has the responsibility to manage and direct his pedagogical practice during the teaching, so that they are able to appreciate and understand musical performance, regardless of their musical aptitude, always respecting the different types of learning.
Abstract II (Investigation) The main objective of this report will be to investigate the importance of having a student who has his individual practice session accompanied by a colleague (Tutor) with more knowledge and a higher artistic level. How many of us, as students, when we had the opportunity to attend Master-Classes, when we were given the chance to play side-by-side with the Teacher, did we overcome ourselves, trying to “shorten” the gap that separated us? The purpose of this study will be, try to prove the importance of a fellow Tutor, who will accompany part of the individual tutoring practice. Two students of the same years of schooling and level, will be selected one of whom will be accompanied, in a two weekly study sessions of about one hour each, by a finalist colleague of the same educational institution. All pupils of the EPABI (Professional School of Arts of Covilhã)
