| dc.description.abstract | O relatório apresentado refere-se a um estágio realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Controlo e Gestão de Negócios do ISCAL. O estágio inseriu-se no departamento financeiro e de compras da entidade acolhimento – grupo The Independente Collective - tendo decorrido entre setembro de 2017 e julho de 2019. Esta organização opera na área da hotelaria e turismo mais concretamente no sector de alojamento do tipo hostel. Na primeira parte será desenvolvida a contextualização económica e relevância do tema proposto, assim como o objeto e objetivos do estudo. Numa segunda parte será apresentada uma revisão teórica que se centrará nas organizações hoteleiras e que abordará: O seu conceito; a sua ligação às Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação; conceptualização dos Sistemas de Informação e o consequente surgimento dos sistemas Entreprise Resource Planning, em particular o software ERP Primavera. O relatório será ultimado com uma parte prática onde se apresentará a entidade de acolhimento, as atividades lá desenvolvidas, assim como os resultados e contribuições do estágio. Os sistemas do tipo ERP têm-se vindo a afirmar como fundamentais para o sucesso de uma unidade de alojamento e restauração, visto que o uso de um sistema integrado tem trazido benefícios às organizações. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo compreender de que forma um sistema do tipo ERP cobre as necessidades do negócio e é implementado e posteriormente operacionalizado no The Independente Collective, nomeadamente nos módulos onde o estágio foi inserido, isto é, o departamento financeiro e de compras. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The report presented refers to an internship carried out within the framework of the Masters’ degree in Control and Business Management of ISCAL. The internship was part of the financial and purchasing department, which took place between September 2017 and July 2019, and the host organization was the group The Independent Collective. This organization operates in the area of hotel and tourism more specifically in the sector of hostel-type accommodation. In the first part it will be developed economic context and relevance of the theme proposed as well as the objet and study objetives. In a second part it will be presented a theoretical revision that will be centered in the hotel organizations as much its concept as its connection to the Technologies of the Information and Communication also approaching a presentation of the Systems of Information and that will take to the appearance of the systems Enterprise Resource Planning, in particular ERP Primavera. The report will be finalized with a practical part where the host entity will be presented, the activities carried out there as well as the results and contributions of the internship. The ERP systems have been fundamental in the success of both the accommodation and catering sectors, since the use of an integrated system has brought them many benefits. The objective of this master’s dissertation is to understand how an ERP system can cover the business’ needs and how it is implemented on The Independente Colective group, specifically in the finance and purchases department. | pt_PT |
