Abstract(s)
O presente relatório enquadra-se no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar como
resultado da Prática Profissional Supervisionada desenvolvida em dois Contextos
Socioeducativos – Creche e Jardim de Infância.
O objetivo deste relatório é refletir sobre ambos os contextos e as aprendizagens
realizadas ao longo de todo o percurso, salientando as intenções pedagógicas
pensadas para a ação nos diferentes contextos.
Durante a Prática Profissional Supervisionada no contexto de Jardim de Infância
surgiu uma problemática mais significativa – a importância da ciência na educação
pré-escolar - que será analisada neste relatório. A reflexão sobre esta problemática
evidencia a importância de trabalhar a ciência com as crianças e o papel do adulto na
sua promoção. Todas as situações ilustradas ao longo do tema são atividades reais
realizadas com o grupo de Jardim de Infância.
Ao longo de toda a intervenção as crianças foram vistas como seres ativos na sua
aprendizagem, com direito à sua opinião. As vozes das crianças foram sempre
respeitadas para que pudesse realizar uma prática focada nos seus interesses e
necessidades.
Por fim, são tidas algumas considerações finais sobre a minha prática realizada em
ambos os contextos socioeducativos, enunciando as aprendizagens concretizadas e as
dificuldades sentidas, perspetivando o futuro sobre o meu papel enquanto Educadora
de Infância.
Abstract The present report is part of a thesis to obtain the Master Degree in Pre-School Education as a result of the Supervised Professional Practice developed in two different social and educational contexts – Nursery and Kindergarten. The main purpose of this report is to perform and to show a reflexive analysis of the development intervention in these educational contexts, and also, sharing the underlining intentions illustrating the pedagogical action. Throughout the Supervised Professional Practice developed in the kindergarten, emerged a more relevant issue – the importance of science in the nearly pre-school education – that has been also explored and is presented in this report as well. The reflections about this issue highlight the importance of run science in the kindergarten with children, and the adult's role in its promotion. All situations illustrated along this process are actual activities carried out with the Group of kindergartners. During the Supervised Professional Practice, children were always seen as active participants in their learning process, and with right to their own opinion. For this, children's voices were always respected so that I could carry out a practice focused on their interests and needs. Conclusively, some finals thoughts are considered about my practice held in both contexts workers, outlining the learning achievements and difficulties, looking to the future about my role as a kindergarten teacher.
