| dc.description.abstract | I (Prática Pedagógica) - Neste relatório de estágio apresenta-se uma caracterização do CRP, contextualizando um pouco da sua história, o seu funcionamento e os seus objetivos pedagógicos. Caracterizam-se, também, os alunos que participaram no estágio, destacando o seu percurso académico, as suas influências e motivações musicais. Nas práticas educativas desenvolvidas apresentam-se os princípios pedagógicos, segundo o portal Ponazapino, e os métodos de ensino lecionados durante o ano letivo que tiveram em conta o processo integrado de Ensino/Aprendizagem (Teaching and Learning). Por último apresentam-se os objetivos pedagógicos propostos para cada aluno do estágio. No final efetua-se uma análise crítica da atividade docente destacando o processo ensino/aprendizagem, a sua aplicação e benefícios no desenvolvimento integral do indivíduo. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | II (Investigação) - Neste trabalho o projeto de investigação apresenta-nos uma descrição sobre a ansiedade antes, durante e após a performance e, ainda, a forma como os músicos podem ser afetados por este estado emocional ao longo do seu percurso académico e profissional. Na segunda parte do projeto definem-se estratégias que permitem ajudar a desenvolver a confiança na performance, destacando-se a importância do papel dos pais antes e depois das atuações. Na terceira parte do projeto apresenta-se uma proposta de guião de exercícios de relaxamento que podem ajudar músicos de todas as idades a ultrapassar efeitos adversos da ansiedade na referida fase de preparação da apresentação. A pesquisa efetuada teve como objetivo investigar os efeitos da ansiedade antes, durante e após a performance nos alunos de saxofone do CRP. A metodologia resulta de uma análise qualitativa dos dados recolhidos, a partir de fontes bibliográficas e de uma análise quantitativa resultante da análise estatística dos questionários efetuados aos alunos de saxofone que frequentam o CRP desde o 1º ao 8º grau. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT I (Teaching)- This internship report presents a characterization of RCP (Regional Conservatory of Palmela), contextualizing some of its history, its functioning and its educational goals. The students who participated on the internship are also characterized highlighting their academic career, their musical influences and motivations. In the developed educational practices, according to Ponazapino educational website, are presented the pedagogical principles and teaching methods taught during the school year that took into account the integrated process of Teaching/Learning (Teaching and Learning). Finally are presented the proposed educational goals for each student of the internship. At the end is made a critical analysis of the teaching activity emphasizing the teaching / learning process, its application and benefits on the individual integral development. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract II (Investigation) - In this work the research project show us a description of anxiety before, during and after the performance, and also how musicians can be affected by this emotional stage throughout their academic and professional career. In the second part of the project are defined strategies to help to develop confidence in performance. The importance of the role parents before and after the performances is highlighted. In the third part of the project there is a proposal for a script of relaxation exercises that can help musicians of all ages to overcome the adverse effects of anxiety on the preparation of the exhibition. The purpose of the research is to investigate the effects of the anxiety before, during and after the performance of the RCP saxophone students. The methodology results from a qualitative analysis of the collected data from bibliographic sources and from a quantitative analysis resulting from the questionnaires statistical analysis that have been done to saxophone students attending the RCP from 1st to 8th degree. | por |
