RESUMO
Trazer ao grande público um documento não significa o mesmo através dos tempos. A cada período da marcha da humanidade, a tecnologia foi influenciando o modo social e cultural. Os momentos tecnológicos determinam também o modo e o tempo do encontro e da divulgação. A presente reflexão é motivada pela constatação prática de um novo paradigma tecnológico digital e, por outro lado, a apresentação de um ensaio que interliga educação e cultura, destacando a importância de recuperar avida e obra de duas mulheres/protagonistas num mundo de homens. Arquivado em suporte físico, o texto permanecia desconhecido, cabendo aqui resgatá-lo e apresentá-lo, refletindo em torno quer do seu conteúdo, quer do contexto e das personas a ele ligadas, tendo como palco o XVII Congresso Internacional do Livre-Pensamento, organizado em Lisboa, em outubro de 1913, no ano em que passa uma década do seu centenário, e celebra-se também a relevância de se resgatar o protagonismo de duas mulheres num universo fortemente marcado pelo masculino.

Technological moments determine the mode and time of findings and dissemination. This reflection is motivated by the practical observation of the newdigital technological paradigm and, on the other hand, the presentation of a documentthat links education and culture. Archived on a physical media, it remained unknown,and it is up to you to retrieve and present it, reflecting around both its content and thecontext and the personas connected to it, taken place during the XVII International free-thinkers Congress, held in Lisbon, October in 1913, ten years past its centenary’s celebration to be held and rescuing the work and lives of two outstanding women ina «man ́s world».
