Abstract(s)
The tools obtained during the Masters in Management and Entrepreneurship allow us to look at and face companies and businesses in a more critical way and at the same time allow us to see and / or create new business opportunities. The cultural roots and traditions manifested through regional products, especially by regional sweets, are an expression of culture, tradition, values and ways of life in a given region. Tilinha - Doçaria Regional has as its genesis the impossibility of being able to taste some specific types of regional sweets from the north, in the area of greater Lisbon. Thus, the idea of implementing a business idea arises that, through partnerships with historic confectioneries and pastry shops in the northern region, guarantees the distribution of its products in Lisbon. The objective of this project is to create between one and two jobs to guarantee the distribution of regional sweets from the north of Portugal in hotels, tea houses and specialty stores in the Lisbon region. We intend to stand out through the quality and tradition of our partners' exclusive products. Through this work, applying the Business Model Canvas, we intend to evaluate the economic and financial viability of a future regional sweets distribution business in the greater Lisbon area. On the other hand, the development of this project goes through a literature review in order to present the concepts related to entrepreneurship, which is considered a mechanism that promotes the development of the economy, innovation and well-being. Entrepreneurship aims to transform opportunities and ideas into value, whether financial, cultural or social. Thus, will be presented, based on the literature, definitions and concepts on entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and intra-entrepreneurship.
