Abstract(s)
O presente relatório enquadra-se no prosseguimento de um período de Prática Profissional Supervisionada módulo II, realizada no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, que decorreu num período de 4 meses. Pretende-se com este trabalho realizar uma análise reflexiva e crítica sobre a prática pedagógica, evidenciando a problemática que arrogou maior relevância, e que originou o desenvolvimento de um processo investigativo e reflexivo, acerca da própria prática.
Considerou-se o impacto da existência de um Atelier em sala de Jardim de Infância, nas escolhas, autonomia e desenvolvimento da criança como a problemática com mais significado no decorrer da prática. Assim, o presente relatório alberga o percurso vivenciado por crianças e adultos, bem como reflexões inerentes às respetivas vivências e aprendizagens.
Fundamentados nas perspetivas de vários autores, os principais pilares deste estudo são: compreender as potencialidades da existência de um Atelier na sala de atividades e apreender o modo de utilização do mesmo por parte das crianças. Sendo que estas possuem cem linguagens e expressam-se criando pontes de relação com o meio que as rodeia.
A investigação realizada, de cariz qualitativo ou interpretativo, conciliou diversas técnicas e instrumentos de recolha de dados, nomeadamente, análise de portefólios e de produções artísticas das crianças, observação direta participante, inquérito por entrevista e por questionário. Os dados reunidos permitem pensar que as oportunidades oferecidas às crianças, de observarem, experimentarem, e (re)criarem produções artísticas são fundamentais para o seu desenvolvimento. Sendo o educador o responsável por fomentar a autonomia das crianças, oferecendo-lhes espaços para tal, com materiais diversificados.
ABSTRACT This report fits in the prosecution of a module II Supervised Professional Practice period, carried out under the Master’s in Pre-school Education, which took place over a period of 4 months. In this work, it is pretended to realize a reflexive and critical analysis on the pedagogic practice, evidencing the problematic that arrogated greater relevance and that originated the development of an investigative and reflexive process, about the same practice. It was considered the impact of an Atelier existence in a kindergarten room in the choices, autonomy, and overall child development as the problematic with more relevance during the practice. Therefore, this report contains the children’s and adults’ courses of action and their inherent reflections. Grounded on the perspectives of various authors, the main pillars of this study are: understanding the potentialities of the existence of an Atelier in the activity’s room and capture the mode of use of the Atelier by the children. In terms of methodology, the investigation that was done followed a qualitative or interpretative approach, resorting to diverse techniques and instruments of data collection, such as, portfolios’ and children’s artistic productions analysis, participative direct observation, survey by interview and by questionnaire. With this study, it was concluded that the opportunities, given to children, of observing, experimenting and (re)creating artistic productions are fundamental for their development. Being the educator the responsible for fostering children’s autonomy, giving them spaces and materials for them to develop.
