Abstract(s)
Com este trabalho pretende-se realizar uma síntese crítica e reflexiva sobre a ação
pedagógica desenvolvida nos dois contextos socioeducativos onde decorreu a Prática
Profissional Supervisionada.
O período de estágio, em Creche, decorreu durante seis semanas que se iniciaram
a cinco de janeiro de 2015 com término a treze de fevereiro de 2015, com um grupo de
dezasseis crianças com cerca de dois anos de idade. Posteriormente, em Jardim de
Infância, o início foi marcado a vinte e três de fevereiro de 2015 e terminou a vinte e nove
de maio do mesmo ano, com um grupo de vinte crianças entre os quatro e os seis anos de
idade.
Todo este trabalho foi desenvolvido consoante opções as metodológicas definidas
em prol dos direitos das crianças que nele participaram, correspondendo às
potencialidades e fragilidades caraterísticas dos dois contextos socioeducativos.
No contexto de Jardim de Infância, durante a Prática Profissional Supervisionada,
surgiu a problemática “O papel do educador de infância enquanto mediador de
conflitos entre pares”, tema que me inquietou durante todo o período dedicado à ação
pedagógica. A reflexão sobre este tópico prende-se com a necessidade de compreender
como deve o adulto agir perante um conflito, qual a perceção das crianças relativamente
aos conflitos entre elas e quais as expectativas que têm quanto à atitude do educador ou
de outro adulto da equipa educativa. Adicionalmente, pretende-se definir/construir
instrumentos e estratégias que auxiliem a regulação dos comportamentos e que
promovam a resolução de conflitos, por parte das crianças, de forma autónoma.
A principal conclusão deste relatório remete para a ideia de que o papel do
educador, enquanto mediador de conflitos, está relacionado com a autonomia que
concede à criança para que seja a própria a encontrar soluções para os conflitos.
Abstract: This work represents a reflective review and synthesis of the pedagogic action developed in the two socio-educational contexts where I’ve been integrated. The first period was in nursery school during six weeks wich ocorred between 5th January 2015 and 13th February 2015 with sixteen small children about 2 year old. The second period was in kindergarten between February 23trd and May 29th a group of twenty children with ages between 4 and 6 years. This work was developed within methodological options defined by children rights witch participated, considering the potenciality and weaknesses of the two socio-educational contexts. In the kindergarten, during the supervised professional practice popped up an investigative problem called “The role of the educator while mediator of conflicts”. This topic was present throw all the process dedicated to the pedagogically action. The reflexion from this topic relay on how an adult must act in these situations, witch perception children shall have relatively to conflicts between them and witch expectations they have as the educator activity or other adult from the educational group think. Further, we pretend to define or create instruments and strategies that would support the implementation of behavioural regulation and promote the children conflicts resolution in a more autonomous way. The main conclusion of this report refers to the educator role, while mediator of conflicts, is related with the autonomy that allow the children to find themselves solutions for their own conflicts.
