Abstract(s)
melhor expressem o trabalho desenvolvido.
Interpessoais.
Abstract This report arises with the goal of showing the work developed in the Supervised Professional Practice course in two different contexts: nursery and kindergarten. This two moments were provided by the Master in Preschool Education credited by Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa. Expressing the process of my supervised practice, this report will follow a structure that contains a synthesis, both critical and reflexive with the focus on the contexts taking in account the institutions, the activities rooms, the pedagogical teams, the children and the respective families. Based on the two contexts characterization, general and specific intentions were established in order to guide my work. Through out this report, the situations that better express the developed work will be highlighted. For having the conviction of the importance of the child’s roll in his own developing process, I believe that solving problems involving social conflicts and an encouraging posture from the adult in the various daily situations can have positive results in the increasing child’s autonomy regarding the resolution of interpersonal conflicts. Thereby, during the two distinct moments of the supervised practice, there was a topic of the educational action that seemed to be more significant due to my concerns and willingness to know more about it: Interpersonal Conflict Mediation.
