Abstract(s)
A problemática das Energias não Renováveis no Mundo actual cria necessidades que todos os profissionais na área da construção civil devem ter em conta na sua maneira técnica de agir. A construção sustentável é uma realidade cada vez mais presente no nosso quotidiano, traduzindo-se no aparecimento de tecnologias inovadoras de construção. A evolução da construção tende a acompanhar as necessidades associadas ao bem-estar do Homem e também atender à componente ecológica. A opção correcta das tecnologias a aplicar numa determinada habitação pode reflectir-se numa optimização dos recursos tecnológicos a utilizar. As exigências de conforto obrigam os projectistas a adquirirem conhecimentos nesta área específica, de modo a que no futuro as nossas habitações sejam mais económicas e ambientalmente mais satisfatórias. Sendo uma matéria relativamente recente, motivada pelas crises energéticas que tivemos no passado e com previsão de mais crises futuras, é imperativo o desenvolvimento e conhecimento desta área na construção civil.
Abstract The problems concerned with Non-Renewable Energies in today’s World demand an effort from all the professionals working in the civil construction industry. Sustainable construction it’s a growing reality that is increasingly present in our day-today, throughout modern construction technologies. The evolution of construction usually follows men’s needs as well as the ecological component. The correct choice of technologies that are used in a house may well be reflected in an optimization of resources. Comfort needs demand that designers should develop knowledge in this specific area, assuring that our future houses will be not only more and more economic but also environmentally fulfilling. Given the fact that this is a relative recent subject, greatly motivated by the energetic crisis that we’ve been through and the ones that will follow, it’s development and knowledge are imperatives to the civil construction area.
