Abstract(s)
Este trabalho reflete e procura descobrir a relação direta e indireta do Teatro e Comunidade ao ambiente empresarial corporativo. Expõe a minha experiência de estágio na empresa de team building “Equinócio” e procura entender, de forma prática, os obstáculos e aprendizagens que cada equipa de colaboradores enfrenta, nas atividades que lhes são propostas, bem como os obstáculos e aprendizagens que fui tendo ao participar nessas atividades.
Por se tratar de uma área pouco explorada - teatro em, com e para empresas - vou expondo ideias que se podem relacionar e que podem fazer sentido na democratização da linguagem artístico-comunitária.
É apresentado também um esboço de projeto que poderá ser viável em várias empresas ou grupos, atendendo à personalização de cada caso, e tendo em conta aquilo que no momento me é possível enquanto mobilizadora.
Assim, iremos perceber que de um núcleo empresarial facilmente se desconstrói para um “eu” como se é lançado para a ideia das sociedades serem parte constitutiva de um sistema mundial!
ABSTRACT - This work reflects and seeks to discover the direct and indirect relationship of the theatre and community to the corporate business environment. It exposes my internship experience in the company of team building "Equinócio" and seeks to understand, in a practical way, the obstacles and learnings that each team of collaborators faces, in the activities that are proposed to them, as well as the obstacles and learning that I have been having in participating in these activities. Because it is a poorly explored area in theater, with and for companies-I will expose ideas that can relate and that can make sense in the democratization of the artistic-community language. It is also presented a draft of a project that can be viable in several companies or groups, taking into account the customization of each case, and considering what is currently possible for me as a mobilizer. Thus, we will realize that a business nucleus easily deconstructs itself for an "I" as it is launched for the idea of societies to be constitutive part of a world system!
