Esta dissertação de mestrado visa analisar as oportunidades e desafios da logística urbana em Lisboa, com foco na área do Bairro Alto. Para isso, será realizada uma pesquisa sobre a infraestrutura de transporte de mercadorias na região, relacionando os dados obtidos com os estudos existentes sobre Logística Urbana. O objetivo é identificar as principais oportunidades e obstáculos, permitindo que a região desenvolva vantagens competitivas no setor. A pesquisa incluirá uma revisão bibliográfica de obras relevantes que discutem o tema, apresentando as opiniões e teorias dos principais autores. Este referencial servirá de base para análises que permitirão identificar os aspectos positivos e negativos da logística urbana em Lisboa. Além disso, será feito um levantamento sobre a infraestrutura de transporte de mercadorias, possibilitando uma melhor compreensão da realidade local. Após a coleta de informações, as teorias sobre logística urbana serão confrontadas com os dados obtidos sobre a infraestrutura local. O objetivo é identificar oportunidades e ressaltar os pontos fortes da logística municipal, assim como os desafios e áreas que necessitam de melhorias. Por fim, serão propostas alternativas e sugestões para que as autoridades locais possam implementar medidas que aprimorem a eficiência do transporte de mercadorias na região do Bairro Alto.
This master's dissertation aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of urban logistics in Lisbon, focusing on the Bairro Alto area. To achieve this, a study will be conducted on the infrastructure for transporting goods in the region, relating the obtained data to existing studies on Urban Logistics. The goal is to identify the main opportunities and obstacles, enabling the municipality to develop competitive advantages in the sector. The research will include a literature review of relevant works discussing the topic, presenting the opinions and theories of key authors. This framework will serve as a foundation for analyses that will identify the positive and negative aspects of urban logistics in Lisbon. Additionally, a survey will be conducted on the infrastructure for transporting goods, providing a clearer understanding of the local reality. After collecting the information, theories on urban logistics will be compared with the data obtained about local infrastructure. The aim is to identify opportunities and highlight the strengths of municipal logistics, as well as the challenges and areas needing improvement. Finally, alternatives and suggestions will be proposed for local authorities to implement measures that enhance the efficiency of goods transportation in the Bairro Alto region.
