Com o projeto LYRA: Story Seekers, procurou-se explorar as potencialidades do
transmedia storytelling. Para esse efeito, partiu-se de uma revisão bibliográfica, análise
documental e de conteúdo da literatura relevante sobre transmedia storytelling, narrativa e
género – bem como os respetivos conceitos estruturantes – para fazer o enquadramento
teórico que serviu de base para o desenvolvimento deste projeto: uma narrativa transmedia
constituída por uma série de short stories, ilustrações, elementos online e offline e ainda uma
experiência interativa – todos estes expostos na bíblia transmedia que a explicita.
ABSTRACT: With the project LYRA: Story Seekers, I sought to explore the potential of transmedia storytelling. For this purpose, I stemmed from a bibliographic review, documental and content analysis of the relevant literature on transmedia storytelling, narrative and genre – as well as their corresponding structuring concepts – to create the theoretical framework that served as the basis for the development of this project: a transmedia narrative consisting of a series of short stories, illustrations, online and offline elements and an interactive experience – all of which are exposed in the transmedia bible that explains it.
