Abstract(s)
O presente relatório reflete, por escrito, o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo de
quatro meses de Prática Profissional Supervisionada, no âmbito do Mestrado em
Educação Pré-Escolar.
O trabalho realizado procura retratar a intervenção numa sala de jardim de
infância, enquanto educadora-estagiária, com um grupo de 20 crianças de três anos de
idade e a investigação desenvolvida neste contexto.
Descreve-se e caracteriza-se o contexto, em relação ao meio, ao grupo, às
famílias, à equipa educativa e ao ambiente educativo. Apresenta-se, ainda, o processo
de intervenção, explicitando as intenções para ação da prática profissional. Assim como,
o projeto desenvolvido por este grupo de crianças, no âmbito da metodologia de trabalho
de projeto. Transversal aos dois capítulos, destaca-se, ainda, a valorização atribuída
pelos diversos intervenientes desta ação à de atividade- o brincar.
Quanto à investigação desenvolvida em jardim de infância, apresenta-se a
identificação da problemática em estudo- o brincar, a revisão da literatura sobre o tema,
as opções metodológicas e os princípios éticos adotados neste trabalho. Descrevemse,
ainda, detalhadamente os procedimentos relativos ao desenvolvimento desta
investigação, fundamentados num estudo de caso, de natureza qualitativa, cujo objetivo
foi conhecer as conceções sobre o brincar, de um grupo de crianças e adultos-
Encarregados de Educação e Educadora Cooperante- no jardim de infância e em casa,
e identificar o tipo de brincadeiras, bem como a utilização dos brinquedos nesses
contextos. Seguidamente, procede-se à descrição de um conjunto de técnicas,
necessárias para a recolha de dados e posterior análise dos mesmos. São, pois,
apresentados e analisados os resultados obtidos, permitindo compreender as diferentes
conceções sobre o brincar, a partir da voz das crianças, da educadora de infância e dos
encarregados de educação. E, por outro lado, conhecer os hábitos de brincadeira deste
grupo de crianças no jardim de infância e em casa.
O relatório culmina com uma reflexão sobre o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo de
cinco anos de formação inicial, procurando definir-me enquanto profissional de
educação infantil.
ABSTRACT The following report reflects, in writing, upon the work that was developed throughout four months of Professional Supervised Practice, within the scope of a Master’s Degree in Pre-School Education. The report seeks to portray the intervention in a kindergarten, as a preschool education intern, with a group of 20 children of three years old of age and the investigation developed in this context. The context is described and characterized, regarding the surroundings, the group, the families, the team of preschool educators and the learning environment. As well, the process of intervention is further developed, explaining the intentions of the actions of the professional practice, as well as the methodology behind the work project, with this group of children. Common to both chapters, it is also highlighted the value attributed by the diverse group of participants in the activity – Play. In the other hand, the investigation developed in a kindergarten is presented, which includes identifying the subject of study – Play, the literary revision of the theme, the chosen methodologies and the ethical principles adopted in this work. This writing also details the procedures developed in this investigation, based in a case study, of qualitative nature, in which the objective was to learn the conceptions regarding play, in a group of children, Guardians and Cooperating Educators – In the kindergarten and at home, and identify the type of games, as well as the usage of toys in these contexts. Following this, we proceed to describe a mix of techniques necessary for data collection and its posterior analysis. The obtained results are presented and analyzed, permitting comprehension of the different concepts of play, from the viewpoint of children, the preschool educator and the guardians. As a result, we understand the habits of games of this group of children in kindergarten and at home. The last chapter, culminates in a reflection of this works development during the initial five-year formation, seeking to define myself as a Professional Pre-School Educator.
