Abstract(s)
O presente relatório decorre da Prática Profissional Supervisionada, enquadrada
no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, que visa apresentar o resultado da prática nas
valências de Creche e Jardim-de-Infância.
O principal objetivo deste relatório é apresentar, analisar e refletir sobre a
intervenção e as aprendizagens adquiridas, sendo que existe ao longo de todo o
documento uma fundamentação teórica que sustenta todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao
longo dos meses de prática e estão também explícitas as minhas intenções pedagógicas
referentes à ação.
Durante a prática no contexto de creche surgiu uma dificuldade por mim sentida
relativamente aos momentos em grande grupo, questão que posteriormente me
suscitou interesse, uma vez que queria perceber que ação pode o educador ter para
gerir estes momentos de maior dificuldade. Este obstáculo não foi apenas característico
do contexto de creche uma vez que durante a prática em JI a mesma dificuldade foi
sentida. Como tal, surgiu então uma problemática significativa: A ação do educador na
gestão dos momentos em grande grupo. Ao longo do relatório a problemática será
evidenciada através da caracterização do comportamento do grupo de crianças,
posteriormente serão apresentadas algumas estratégias por mim estudadas que
facilitaram a gestão dos momentos, em grande grupo e por fim os resultados da
implementação dessas mesmas estratégias.
O estudo desta problemática foi para mim essencial uma vez que para existir um
bom ambiente educativo e para que as aprendizagens sejam realmente adquiridas é
extremamente importante existir uma boa gestão do grupo de crianças.
ABSTRACT This report stems from the professional supervised practice, framed in the master's degree in early childhood education and its objective is to present the result from the practice on the daycare center and kindergarten center. The main purpose of this report is to present, analyses and conclude about the intervention and the acquired learning. This report has a theoretical grounding that sustains all the developed work in the months of practice and there’s also explicit pedagogical intentions regarding the intervention. During the intervention on the daycare center there are some challenges when doing large group activities. This issue is good to understand which action the kindergarten teacher may have to manage in the most difficult moments. This obstacle wasn’t just seen on the daycare center but also in the kindergarten center and with this, came a meaningful issue: The action of the kindergarten teacher on the management of the large group activities. Along this report the question about managing large group activities is shown with the characterization of the children group behaviors, and then it's presented some strategies that were studied to make easier the management of the large group activities and it's concluded with the results of the implementation of these strategies. This study is essential to improve the educational environment and to learn how to be successful in caring large children groups.
