dc.description.abstract	O presente relatório, intitulado de “Uma Prática Reflexiva sobre a Diferenciação Pedagógica”, surge no contexto do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, no âmbito da Prática Profissional Supervisionada realizada em Creche e Jardim de Infância. Todas as crianças têm direito a uma educação bem sucedida. Contudo, cada vez mais, a diversidade encontra-se presente nas salas de atividade, sendo os educadores responsáveis por criar momentos de diferenciação pedagógica. Mas de que forma o sistema educativo tem em conta cada criança? De que forma são postas em prática, estratégias que visem o direito à palavra, ao respeito, à inclusão perante as várias diferenças? Foi, deste modo que, através de notas de campo, registos, reflexões e conversas com a educadora cooperante, ao longo do estágio em contexto de Jardim de Infância, surgiu a problemática – a diferenciação pedagógica - suscitando interesse para aprofundar melhor em termos de conhecimento. Deste modo, o objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma análise reflexiva do tema em questão, fazendo retrospeção do que vivenciei ao longo da minha intervenção educativa, bem como das aprendizagens que obtive através da observação. Ou seja, através deste documento será possível identificar o progresso dos conhecimentos adquiridos, desde a observação à prática. Após verificar nos grupos de crianças, características tão próprias e, ao mesmo tempo, tão diferentes, considerei importante perceber qual o papel do educador tendo em conta cada criança, cada nível de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem, de modo a promover uma escola para todos. Assim sendo, será enunciado, todo o processo das minhas aprendizagens, bem como serão identificadas reflexões da minha prática profissional, revelando a forma como adequar o papel de educadora na construção da identidade de cada criança.	pt_PT
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT The purpose of this Project called “A reflexive Practice about the pedagogical differentiation” arises in Master Degree in Pre-School, in the framework of day care center and kindergarten. All children are entitled to a successful education. However, increasingly, diversity is the activity present in the rooms, and educators responsible for creating moments of teaching differentiation. But how the education system takes into account each child? How are put in place, strategies to the right to speak, respect, inclusion before the various differences? It was thus that, through field notes, records, reflections and conversations with the cooperating teacher, during the context of kindergarten a problematic gained our special attention that I make a point of going to the bottom of the question in terms of knowledge- the pedagogical differentiation. In this way, the main goal of this work is to present a reflexive analysis of the theme in question. It focus essentially in a retrospection of what I have lived during my intervention, as much of each learning I have got from the observation. Thru this work it will be possible to identify the progress of the acquired knowledge’s since the observation period till the practice. After verifying in the group of children such proper characteristics, and at the same time so different ones, I have considered important to realize what is the roll of the educator taking in account each children, each level of development and learning, to promote a school for everyone. Therefore, it will be announced, not only all the process of my learning’s but also the reflections of my professional practice, revealing the way of adjust the roll of educator in the construction of the identity of each pupil.	en
