Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT - Low back pain is a painful condition that affects the lumbar spine, and can radiate to unilateral or bilateral lower limbs. Being a health problem with enormous prevalence, can occur at any age. The WHO estimates that 65% to 80% of the population will have one day a clinical picture of low back pain, and 40% of chronic-will become. This report follows on the stage performed under the Master of Physical Therapy, has been carried out in Clinical Rehabilitation Lumiar and FisioHealth, based on cases of Chronic Low Back Pain. Same aimed to deepen their knowledge in assessment and intervention of physical therapy in patients with chronic low back pain. To solve the problems of evaluation and treatment of people with chronic low back pain should be used for appropriate strategic interventions. Of these, the most levied on users of the Clinic were: electrotherapy, massage therapy and therapeutic exercise which showed good results. Finally I was able to conclude that users who evaluated obtained gains in terms of the limitations, as a result of the intervention plan implemented.
