Abstract(s)
letivo 2017/2018.
Competências Sociais, designadamente a interpessoal e intrapessoal.
do estágio (i.e. Observação Estruturada, Lecionação Partilhada e Lecionação Supervisionada)
ABSTRACT - This internship report was prepared within the framework of the 6th Edition of the Master Course in Dance Teaching at the School of Dance of the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon during the 2017/2018 school year. The stage was held at the Silva Marques Regional Conservatory in the context of the Creative Expression discipline, with a target audience of a 2nd grade class of the Specialized Artistic Dance Course consisting of 14 students aged between 11 and 12 years. This internship arose out of interest in researching and developing the concept of 'cooperation' and to understand how it could be appropriate to the programmatic content of the Creative Expression Classes as an enhancer of Social Competences, namely interpersonal and intrapersonal. To develop this work, we used the characteristics and strategies that define Cooperative Learning groups with the purpose of adopting teaching processes that create an environment conducive to the development of students' social and creative capacities and relating them to the discipline of Creative Expression. The plan of the lessons was structured and organized in the development of certain Social Skills and was adapted throughout the school year, taking into consideration the students' responses. Each exercise was thus prepared to provide interactions that would enhance student cooperation. In the development of this work, a research methodology was adopted combining research of a qualitative and quantitative nature based on the Research-Action process and different data collection instruments were applied in the various phases of the internship (i.e. Structured Observation, Shared Teaching and Supervised Teaching) to understand the results achieved in the accomplishment of the internship. The results obtained revealed a significant improvement in the students' assimilation of the concept of Social Competences throughout the internship. It was considered that they also revealed a good capacity of use of this concept in the different cooperation activities among all, which is considered very rewarding in view of the objectives of the developed stage.
