Abstract(s)
O empreendedorismo pressupõe o desenvolvimento do espírito empreendedor
ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship suppose the development of the entrepreneurial spirit in an individual, characterized by self-confidence skills, risk-taking, initiative, evaluation, energy, resilience, planning, organization, creativity, innovation, interpersonal relationships and communication. In seeking of an educational response that differs from the traditional, to allow students to prepare for the reality of our times, facing an uncertain future in terms of labor supply and, alternatively, to prepare them for the possibility of creating their own employment, emerged Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Project (Projeto E.L.F.). The Projeto E.L.F. was structured to allow for curricular integration of entrepreneurship with the curriculum of the first, second, thir and fourth grades, working the key skills of entrepreneurship in students, while preparing them academically with a combined approach of content to its practical functionality. This methodology was applied through scenarios and concrete trials, based on work with partners and educational communities, where students could practice the steps to take in for creating and maintaining mini-enterprises. Thus, while applying school learning, developed personality traits common to entrepreneurs, dynamic group work and decision-making habits informed, creating "baggage" designed to prepare them to face both his academic career, as his life path. This study aims to determine whether a curriculum integration project in the first, second, third and fourth grades may contribute to the development of skills associated with entrepreneurship. The study uses a predominantly qualitative methodology and is developed through a research-action process, focusing on 37 students from two village schools in classes with more than one year of schooling. The results demonstrate that a curriculum integration with entrepreneurship can indeed make a difference in terms of educational response to students' interests and the global needs of modern societies, including contributing to the increase in school success.
