Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação de mestrado explora o conceito de responsabilidade social e a sua importância para as organizações. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as práticas de responsabilidade social adotadas pelas organizações e a sua relação com a comunidade. A pesquisa foi conduzida através de uma revisão bibliográfica e de um estudo de caso com a Assembleia de Deus Pentecostal – Ministério Internacional da Paz.
Os resultados demonstram que a organização estudada pratica ações de responsabilidade social em diferentes áreas, tais como desenvolvimento social e ambiental. Além disso, foi observado que as práticas de
responsabilidade social podem ter um impacto positivo quanto à celeridade na resolução dos problemas da comunidade.
Este estudo contribui para a compreensão da importância da responsabilidade social para as organizações e pode servir como referência para outras organizações interessadas em implementar práticas socialmente
responsáveis.
This master's thesis explores the concept of social responsibility and its importance for organizations.
