| dc.description.abstract | A Expressão Dramática/Teatro (ED/T) faz parte integrante dos currículos escolares. Contudo, apesar do reconhecimento generalizado da sua importância para o desenvolvimento – físico, intelectual, estético, artístico, cultural e social – das crianças e dos jovens, esta área é frequentemente esquecida ou relegada para abordagens superficiais e descontínuas. A formação dos professores – inicial, contínua ou ao longo da vida – pode dar um contributo relevante para a valorização e o conhecimento de processos de abordagem da ED/T e das suas específicas componentes. Este estudo, centrado na formação de professores realizada no âmbito da Mostra de Teatro das Escolas de Sintra (MTES), tem como objetivos: (1) conhecer as necessidades de formação dos professores na área da ED/T; (2) identificar as conceções de diversos agentes sobre as necessidades de formação dos professores participantes na MTES; e (3) conhecer as representações de diversos agentes sobre a formação do projeto da MTES. O estudo foi orientado por duas questões: i) quais as necessidades de formação dos professores na área da ED/T; e ii) em que medida a formação ministrada na MTES é uma mais-valia para a prática pedagógica dos professores nela envolvidos. O estudo desenvolveu-se através de uma metodologia mista, sendo a amostra constituída pelos formadores responsáveis pela formação, pelos professores que a frequentaram e pelos monitores que apoiaram diretamente os professores nos seus contextos de intervenção. Os dados foram recolhidos através de entrevistas semidiretivas, questionários e pesquisa documental, posteriormente tratados através da análise de conteúdo, análise estatística e análise documental. Concluímos que os professores sentem necessidade de formação na área da ED/T, em especial em Expressão Corporal, Voz, Encenação e Interpretação, e que a formação da MTES contribui para a melhoria da prática pedagógica dos professores, embora esta dimensão não seja a que os próprios mais valorizam. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The Drama is a component of the schools curriculums’. However, regardless of the importance of the general recognition of the development - physical, intellectual, aesthetic, artistic, cultural and social – of children and young adults, this area is frequently forgotten or delegated to matters that are considered more important. The teacher’s training – initial, continual assessment, or a lifelong study – a pertinent contribution can be made to validate and the knowledge to the process and strategy of the ED/T and its specific components. This study, centres its training of teachers in the extent of the Showing of the Schools of Theater of Sintra (Mostra de Teatro de escolas de Sintra) (MTES), having objectives like: (1) being able to distinguish the necessities of the teachers training in the area of Drama; (2) to identify the several connections about the necessities of the participants in the teachers training of MTES; and (3) to become aware of the different representations about the training of the project MTES. The study was oriented by two issues: (i) what are the necessities of the training of the teachers in the field of Drama?; and (ii) in what standard is the training given of the MTES and is it an asset to the practice of the pedagogy of the teachers in it involved? The study developed through a mixed methodology, being that the sample is constituted by the trainers responsible for the training, for the teachers attending and by the monitors supporting directly the teachers and their contexts of intervention. The data was collected through interviews, semi directives, questionnaires and documented research, posteriorment treated through the analysis of the content, statistical analysis and documental analysis. We conclude that the teachers feel the need for the training in this area of the Drama in corporal expression, voice, staging and interpreting, and that the training of MTES contributes to better the practice of the pedagogy of the teachers, although this dimension isn’t what they themselves value more. | en |
