Este relatório diz respeito ao trabalho de projeto Carapinha. Uma encruzilhada afro luso tupiniquim, que tem como objetivo refletir sobre a experiência de mulheres negras e mulheres negras brasileiras no contexto português, mais objetivamente nas artes performativas. A partir das questões de gênero, raça e classe, se investiga os fatores históricos e sociais que fundamentaram a criação de imaginários acerca destes corpos. Entendendo as artes performativas como prática política de intervenção social, a pesquisa vai diagnosticar brevemente grupos e espetáculos teatrais formados e/ou protagonizados por pessoas não brancas, realizados em Portugal. Nomeadamente o Grupo de Teatro Pau Preto, Teatro Griot, Gto Lx: Grupo de Teatro do Oprimido de Lisboa - Laboratório Ami-Afro, Peles Negras Máscaras Negras - Teatro Do Escurecimento, Aurora Negra e Sempre Que Acordo. Assente em práticas e teorias decoloniais e anti-racistas, a pesquisa propõe a percepção das problemáticas apresentadas a partir dos conceitos de encruzilhada e da figura de Exú. Utilizados como estratégia para possíveis transgressões epistêmicas, políticas, estéticas e performativas. O presente relatório apresenta a investigação realizada que resulta na viabilização da ação cênica performativa homônima ao projeto.
ABSTRACT - This report concerns the project work Carapinha. Uma encruzilhada afro luso tupiniquim, which aims to reflect on the experience of black women and black Brazilian women in the Portuguese context, more objectively in the performing arts. From the issues of gender, race, and class, we investigate the historical and social factors that have underpinned the creation of imaginaries about these bodies. Understanding the performing arts as a political practice of social intervention, the research will briefly diagnose theater groups and shows formed and/or starring non-white people, performed in Portugal. Namely o Grupo de Teatro Pau Preto, Teatro Griot, Gto Lx: Grupo de Teatro do Oprimido de Lisboa - Laboratório Ami-Afro, Peles Negras Máscaras Negras - Teatro Do Escurecimento, Aurora Negra e Sempre Que Acordo. Based on decolonial and anti-racist practices and theories, the research proposes the perception of the problems presented based on the concepts of crossroads and the figure of Exú. Used as a strategy for possible epistemic, political, aesthetic and performative transgressions. The present report presents the research carried out that results in the feasibility of the performative scenic action with the same name as the project.
