Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT - This dissertation aims to analyze the contemporary Portuguese dramaturgical creation, namely in the field of theatrical collective writing, focusing on the work of six new theater groups. Before that, we will try to connect it to the the Portuguese theater of the twentieth century, a theater that survives salazarist ideals and we will follow the opening of a new phase for Portuguese theater in the 80's and 90's. We will also hold the dialogue about the post-dramatic, and it will be precisely on the idea of this being a theater devoid of textual focus that we argue in each chapter the hypothesis of looking at contemporary theatrical activity as an indication not only of rich and diverse theatrical writing, but also the portrait of a dramaturgic generation.
